Discovered Gala apples a few years ago and they quickly became my faves. Now they’re all I buy. Does Nate eat the entire apple, like you used to, Chris? (Kristin, the pie looks wonderfulllll! Is that homemade ice cream?)

gala’s were my favorite until we started getting honey crisps at the market.
great pics–almost inspired me to make a pie myself, then I went back to reality.
next week will be a different story, I hope!
