It’s been a pretty slow day here in the Schierer Household. Chris was feeling well enough to work from home for a couple of hours today. About 2 we took his bandages off. There is quite a large slit where the chest tube was in. The doctor had said “it will look like a cut” but neither of us expected it to be an open cut. It was kinda icky.
I have spent the majority of the day following doctors orders and lying on the couch. I’m feeling ok, except for the severe muscle cramp that I’ve developed in my right side. It’s eased off this evening (after I squatted down to shove the cat thru the cat door), and I’m hoping it doesn’t come back again soon.
